These multiple-purpose cloths are a washable, reusable, zero-waste option to replace typical kitchen rolls, wipes, and plastic sponges.

Consequently, being machine washable means that our cloths can be reused over & over again. If then, you decide they need replacing, compost them instead of sending them to a landfill.

Why Swap?

Made from plastic, the most common kitchen wipes & sponges cannot be composted. However, normally being single-use or used for a week before they are filling a landfill, where they contribute to plastic pollution, breaking down into microplastics in hundreds of years.

Directions For Use & Care

Wet the sponge with water, then squeeze it, and then it’s ready for tackling those surfaces!

Once you’ve finished your daily worktop spruce-up, rinse the cloth and leave it to soak in hot water to disinfect between uses. For a deeper wash, you can stick the cloths in the washing machine, and cycle between 30 and 60 degrees. Line dry your cloth, and reuse!

Once the sponge cloth is ready to be replaced, it is compostable at home.
