“I created VIF after thinking about it for months. Months and months and months. Yet somehow I couldn’t bring myself to launch a new blend. Until I decided not to let fear run my business anymore! The funny thing is, I had another recipe all ready to go. Different purpose, lovely too, and finalised. But VIF felt more urgent, more needed. Both for me and my peers (my womxn entrepreneur friends). So I went back to the drawing board (it’s more of a special tea notebook really) and did what I love the most: I created. A brand new, gorgeous, focus-inducing, nurturing tea blend.

VIF is your go-to for busy afternoons, to keep your energy high and mind sharp without having another cup of coffee. Entirely caffeine-free, VIF gives you a boost in the most natural way. Did I mention the gorgeous pink colour in your cup and fruity taste of the Hibiscus? VIF is deeply nourishing, too.

Herbs & their beautiful benefits:

Ashwagandha is an ancient medicinal herb that’s been used in Ayurveda for over three thousand years to relieve stress, increase energy level and improve concentration. It’s classed as an adaptogen which means it’s both good for the mind, the body and the spirit. It has a lot of benefits, including reducing inflammation and improving brain power and memory.

Hibiscus is packed with antioxidant and vitamins. It brings a lovely colour to the tea and a lovely sweet flavour, which is why I picked it. It’s also known for boosting liver health. For example if you have a cup of hibiscus tea after a big night of drinking it helps soothe the liver.

Ginkgo has been grown in China for thousands of years and is often used in Chinese medicine. It contains powerful antioxidants, has anti-inflammatory properties, iimproves circulation, iincreases brain power and it also can help with headache and migraines

Hemp is a neuroprotector and is used in all of our tea blends for its wide range of health benefits. These include: strong antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and its effect on optimal brain function and mental health.
