Before we go ahead, I would like to remind you that your intention is the most important thing within the spell. Today we are looking at No More Stress.

If you cannot find the correct ingredients or do not have the resources, then simply use this as guidance & inspiration for your own spell work.

No More Stress

When you are feeling unwell, stressed & fatigued, or when you have a case of the blues l, dose yourself with a teaspoon or dropper of one of the following floral essence remedies.

Anxiety: Garlic, Rosemary, Aspen, Periwinkle, Lemon Balm, White Chestnut, Gentian

Depression: Borgae, Sunflower, Larch Chamomile, Geranium, Yerba Santa, Black Cohosh, Lavender, Mustard

Exhaustion: Aloe, Yarrow, Olive, Sweet Chestnut

Lethargy: Aloe, Thyme, Peppermint

Stress: Dill, Echinacea, Thyme, Mistletoe, Lemon Balm
