Before we go ahead, I would like to remind you that your intention is the most important thing within the spell. Today we are looking at Open Your Third Eye.

If you cannot find the correct ingredients or do not have the resources, then simply use this as guidance & inspiration for your own spell work.

Saffron has long been used to bring forth intuition & heighten psychic powers. 

Saffron water is made by steeping one teaspoon of saffron in two cups of boiled, distilled water.

Dip your hands in the water, touch your ‘third eye’ at the centre of your forehead, and say aloud:

“Ishtar, Athena, Diana, Astarte,
fill me with your presence.
This night, I am whole. I am at peace.
With each breath, you do inspire.
So mote it be.”
