Our organic Hemp Seeds have been hulled to remove the outer crunchy layer, leaving the soft middle of the seed known as the hemp heart.
Hulled Hemp Seeds are a naturally nutritious source of antioxidants, phytosterols, vitamins, protein, fibre and minerals, including magnesium and phosphorus for bone health, zinc to help support the immune system and iron for oxygenating the blood.
The protein in Hemp is highly digestible and perfect for vegan and vegetarian diets. With a dense nutrient profile, they are rich in essential fatty acids including alpha-linolenic acid (Omega-3) and linoleic acid (Omega 6)

Hemp Seeds
These organic hulled Hemp Seeds contain all 10 amino acids and 50% more protein than chia seeds, making them rich in invaluable nutrients. These wonderfully versatile seeds have a mild, nutty flavour and are ready to use raw, or in low heat cooking. They are vegan, non GMO, THC free and are a wonderful, nutritious addition to any diet.
As they have a soft and creamy texture, it makes them perfect for smoothies, salads, in baking, soups, stews and stir-fries. They can also be used as a stuffing for tomatoes or other vegetables and can even be sprinkled directly onto cereals, yoghurt, ice cream and so much more.

These little seeds are amazing for everything. I add them on toast, stews, curries, cereal, ice cream, if it’s edible, hemp seeds go on it! They have a lovely flavour and they’re really soft, which I didn’t expect at all tbh.
