I spent months thinking about VIF. Over and over, I debated launching a new blend, hesitating to take the leap. Then, I made a decision: fear wouldn’t run my business anymore.

At first, I had an entirely different recipe ready, finalised, delicious, and designed for another purpose. But something about VIF felt more urgent, more needed. Not just for me, but for my community, women entrepreneurs navigating the demands of creativity, ambition, and daily life.

So I returned to the drawing board (or rather, my special tea notebook) and did what I love most: I created. VIF was born, a nourishing, focus-enhancing, caffeine-free tea that keeps energy levels high and the mind sharp, without relying on coffee.
