Regulated Oracle® is a deeply personalised experience combining divination, ritual magic, Pharmakeia and nervous-system regulation to uncover what is asking for your attention, create intentional ritual around what emerges, and bring that work back into your body and your actual life.

THE DIVINATION

Every working begins with divination, using my trademarked Regulated Oracle® methodology, I explore what is present beneath the surface, the patterns, dynamics, beliefs, tensions and possibilities influencing your experience.

Tarot is one of my primary tools, but I may incorporate other forms of divination from my practice where they feel appropriate to your individual working, this isn’t about predicting your future or telling you what is destined to happen, it’s about seeing what can be difficult to see when you’re standing in the middle of it.

You may arrive believing you need a road-opening ritual, only for the divination to reveal that there’s an old door you haven’t allowed to close, you may think you need protection when what actually wants attention is your boundaries, you may believe you need to call something in when the deeper work is making space for it to arrive.

You don’t need to know what ritual you need. That’s what the divination is for.

THE PLANT ALLY

From what emerges, I’ll identify a Plant Ally for your working, drawing upon my practice as a Pharmakis and Herbalist, I’ll explore the traditional, spiritual and symbolic associations of the plant and why I’ve chosen it for you, your Plant Ally may also become part of the ritual itself through herbs, oils, incense or other appropriate materia. This is where divination meets Pharmakeia, the relationship between plants, ritual and sacred practice.

THE WORKING

Once the divination has revealed what is asking for attention, I create your ritual. There is no predetermined spell. Your working is built around you.

It may centre around releasing or cutting an attachment, opening a new road, reclaiming something you’ve abandoned within yourself, strengthening boundaries, protection, prosperity intention, confidence, visibility, remembrance, transition, closure, self-devotion or something entirely different.

I then personally perform the working on your behalf, depending upon what your ritual calls for, I may work with candles, plants, oils, incense, petitions, fire, water, symbols, sigils or other ritual materia.

Every element is selected intentionally rather than added simply because it looks witchy, this isn’t about controlling another person or promising that ritual will produce a particular external event, the working creates intentional space around what the Oracle has revealed, what happens next still requires you.

THE INTEGRATION CARD

Before your ritual begins, I pull one final card and leave it face down. It remains untouched throughout your working, only once the ritual is complete do I turn it over. This becomes your Integration Card – the final message from the divination and an invitation for what you carry forward from the work.

YOUR RITUAL RECORD

Once your working is complete, I create your personalised Regulated Oracle® Ritual Record.

This documents the journey from the original divination through to your integration.

Your record may include:

• The key themes and messages revealed through your divination
• Your Plant Ally and why it was selected
• The ritual I created and the intention behind it
• The materia used and its ritual symbolism
• Personal sigils or additional elements where appropriate
• What I did during your working
• What I observed and my spiritual interpretation of those observations
• Your Integration Card
• Your personalised guidance for what comes next

This becomes your record of the working, something you can return to long after the ritual itself is complete.

BODY · RITUAL · ACTION

Insight without integration can become just another thing you intellectually understand but never actually embody.

So every Regulated Oracle® brings the work back to three places:

BODY

A personalised nervous-system or regulation practice to support you in working with what has emerged.

RITUAL

A spiritual or symbolic practice through which you continue your side of the working.

ACTION

A tangible real-world action. Something you actually do, because ritual isn’t here to remove your agency; it should return you to it.

WHEN THE WORKING NEEDS TO COME HOME WITH YOU

Some workings may call for something physical. Where appropriate, I may create a ritual component connected to your working and send it to you afterwards; this could take the form of a personal sigil, charm, ritual sachet, petition, plant material or another artefact created specifically through your ritual.

You’ll receive instructions explaining its symbolic purpose and how to safely complete your part of the working, not every Regulated Oracle® will include a physical component, not every reading will use the same divination tools, not every ritual will contain the same materia. It isn’t supposed to, this is bespoke spiritual work, not ritual performed from a template.

We begin with what’s present, the divination takes us deeper and the working emerges from there.

I’m Minister Hannah Strange – Pharmakis, Herbalist & Regulated Oracle®.

Ritual magic has formed part of my spiritual practice for more than a decade, alongside my work in metaphysical science, spiritual development, nervous-system regulation, natural wellness and plant medicine.

I hold a Doctorate in Metaphysical Science, a Spiritual Life Coaching Diploma, and a Higher International Diploma in Naturopathy, incorporating Herbalism, Homoeopathy, Meridian Psychotherapy and NLP. Delivery: Please allow approximately 5-10 working days for your complete experience. Your divination takes place first, followed by the creation and performance of your individual ritual and preparation of your final Ritual Record.
