75g frozen strawberries
2 pitted dates
1 tbsp almond butter
250ml plant-based milk

Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.

Guarana is full of phytonutrients that support the metabolism. It contains natural caffeine and countless micronutrients and vitamins.

Organic Maca From Peru

This powerful adaptogen contains essential minerals, such as iron and potassium, and vitamin C. It has traditionally been used to naturally enhance stamina and endurance.

Organic Lucuma From Peru

Beloved by the Incas, Lucuma has finally found a way to us. It’s not only high in antioxidants but also delicious with its sweet, maple-like taste!

Organic Acaí from Brazil

This berry is best known for its high level of anthocyanins, a plant compound that gives them their deep purple colour and acts as antioxidants in the body. The berries also contain certain trace minerals such as zinc, iron and magnesium.

Organic Banana From Peru

Bananas are a great source of potassium, vitamin B6 and vitamin C. They also have a low glycemic index, meaning the sugar is slowly released into the bloodstream.

Q. When should I feel/see the effects?
A: Results may vary from person to person and also depend on your overall diet and lifestyle. Most people start more energy within 15-30 minutes.

Q. How much caffeine does this mix have per serving?
A: 39mg of caffeine. Coffee has 95mg per cup. Even though lower in caffeine, guarana provides longer-lasting energy without jitters or crashes. The reason: The caffeine in guarana is more slowly released.

Q. Can I use this mix as a pre-workout?
A: Yes, use this as a healthy pre-workout mix. People ran their marathon records on this mix (Michael included)!

Q. Can I use this while pregnant/nursing?
A: Due to the natural caffeine in this mix, we do not recommend using it while pregnant or nursing.

Q. Is it safe for kids?
A: We do not recommend Energy Bomb for kids as it contains caffeine.

Q. What is the difference between Energy Bomb and Power Matcha?
A: The energy in Energy Bomb comes from guarana, in Power Matcha from green tea matcha leaves. Both mixes boost your energy. If you are looking for stronger outgoing energy (i.e. before your workout), try Energy Bomb. If you want your energy to be more focused (i.e. in order to work), Power Matcha is the better choice.

Q: Why do I need superfoods?
