We aim to dispatch orders on the same day when ordered before 2pm, although it is only two of us working on the orders behind the scenes so some might end up going the day after. 

Everything is sent 1st class recorded delivery &  we use the Royal Mail for our delivery service.

Yes, please email us on contact@strangeapothecary.co.uk with your order number so we can find your tracking code. 

Please note, we use a drop & go system with our local post office, please allow 3 working days for us to get your tracking number for you, although most of the day we can get it to you on the same day.

All of parcels are sent using the Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, unless over 2kg then we use a courier service, DPD.

Please note you will need to be in to sign for your orders with both of these methods.

Please email us on contact@strangeapothecary.co.uk & we will let you know if we can change your shipping address or if it is too late & the order has already been sent.

If you order has already been sent, you may be able to contact the Royal Mail to get your parcel intercepted. 

The Herbiwick is used to stop yourself from inhaling any butane gas or other nasty chemicals.

All of our postage packaging is recyclable or things that we have recycled from what we have recieved in the post. Keeping everything environmentally friendly as possible.

We encourage that you recycle your packaging from us too!

All returns must be completed within 30 days of your purchase.
